About Us:
Established in 1946, The Chestertown Arts League was first incorporated in 1967 as a non-profit organization.
A general meeting of the Chestertown Arts League takes place every third Monday of each month. The Arts League Gallery is open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and some Sundays from 10:00 to 4:00.
Goals and objectives
The Chestertown Arts League is focused on education in the arts and collaboration among artists. To accomplish these goals, we will conduct workshops and classes to spread knowledge of the arts, to foster an appreciation of the arts, and to encourage activity in the arts within our community. We will also support our membership with our various shows and activities.
Event: August Show: “Dog Days”
The Chestertown Arts League is calling on all artists to share your visions inspired by summer warmth and vacations. — Dogs being dogs, kids being kids, relaxing by the bay, and the myriad images of summer.
