This open show will include about 100 works within several different categories of media. Cash prizes totaling about $2000 will be awarded between numerous categories. Born in 1878, Emma Hess Ingersoll is known for her miniature paintings and as an educator. Her work has been featured at the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago Society of Artists and the St. Louis Exposition-World’s Fair, 1904. |

The unique character of Kent County is captured by a diverse collection of accomplished artists from the eastern and western shores. Echo Hill Outdoor School has facilitated plein air artist programs since 2001. |
