Once we've discussed the party you envision, we'll design your menu. Our rural setting, so near the Chesapeake Bay, allows us to feature fresh seafood and seasonal produce.
We will furnish all the serving pieces needed to create a lush and inviting presentation. We have an array of lovely silver trays, silver and copper chafing dishes, baskets and wooden bowls. Passed hors d'oeuvres, buffets and stations are garnished with fresh flowers and herbs. Plated dinners are served upon swirled sauces and garnished with edible flowers and herbs.
